1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.gats-design.com. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

2. Product features – custom-made
All products offered are made to order on an individual basis.
No stock is kept.
Each T-shirt is cut, painted, and sewn according to the customer's wishes and the size preselected by the customer.
Therefore, each item is a custom-made product within the meaning of § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).
3. Conclusion of contract
The products displayed in the online shop are non-binding offers.
By clicking on the “Buy” button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase.
After your order has been received, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as your order has been confirmed in writing or production has begun.
4. Prices and terms of payment
All prices quoted are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Production only begins after receipt of payment.
5. Production and delivery time
Production takes place individually after receipt of order.
The regular production time is approx. 3–8 working days.
Delays due to material availability or high order volume will be communicated to the customer.
Shipping is to the delivery address specified by the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal/returns
As each product is manufactured to customer specifications, there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
Exchanges or returns are therefore excluded,
unless there is a proven product defect or manufacturing error.

Send photos for review.
After review, a repair or replacement delivery will be made if necessary.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of GATS-design until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
As each garment is handmade, minor variations in color, cut, or material properties may occur.
These do not constitute a defect.
9. Liability
GATS-design is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is only assumed in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations),
but is limited to typically foreseeable damages.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
