What we do
At GATS-Design, we create and produce high-quality T-shirts that impress with their quality, comfort, and expressive designs. Each piece is individually handcrafted, hand-painted, and meticulously finished in Germany, ensuring you receive durable clothing that will stand the test of time for any occasion.
Quality & Comfort
You probably know the feeling. You buy a T-shirt, and after a few months you find small holes, or the weave structure is pulled apart and damaged at the side seams. This is partly due to the short, brittle, or inferior fibers used for the fabric, and partly due to the woven fabric quality or weave density. In addition, the wrong needles are often used for the fabrics, resulting in visible puncture holes on the sides. We take special care to ensure that our T-shirts are of high quality and densely woven, have a robust and soft feel, and are processed with the appropriate needles and threads on high-quality industrial sewing machines. Despite the grippy, dense, and durable material, the T-shirt is still soft and very comfortable to wear.
For our T-shirts, we use high-quality Marabu special inks “Made in Germany,” specifically the water-based Maqua Tex MAXT+ ink system certified to the highest standards ECO PASSPORT / ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. This is completely harmless to humans and the environment, does not rub off when washed, has a soft and fine feel, and has excellent elasticity and scratch resistance without causing cracks in the motif.
This is very important to us.
As a small supplier, we consciously design with personality, not mass production. We see our identity as a brand that focuses on quality and style—far removed from anonymous mass production.
